Investment

"Think of therapy as investing in a better version of your life. It's not just about fixing what feels broken—it's about discovering strengths you didn't know you had and building a life that feels good every day."

– Sarah Mello, MA, MS, LPC, ACS

Yes, therapy is an investment.

Sometimes life feels like you’re trying to solve a Rubik's Cube in the dark.

Whether it’s battling relationship dramas, wrestling with past ghosts, or just the everyday grind, it can all start to pile up.

And then there's the worry about the time and money therapy might take—like you needed one more thing on your plate.

But consider the payoff.

You’re shedding that stress, smoothing out relationship kinks, and turning past pain into your power.

No more just surviving each day.

You’re owning it, feeling clearer and more connected than ever.

Tearing down barriers to access.

We’re here to make sure money and schedules don’t keep you from feeling better.

Tight budget? No problem—our interns and provisionally licensed therapists have got your back at a lower rate.

Can’t commit to weekly sessions? We’re flexible—let’s find a rhythm that works for you.

Another affordable option is group therapy—it’s like a support group, but you actually get stuff done.

We've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
